Introducing Our Vision: The Regenerative Medicine Center in Egypt
Our journey began with sketches of the master plan, envisioning the potential of the plot of land in Egypt. After careful consideration, we settled on a design featuring two main buildings: one serving as an open-access center for visitors, and the other a closed facility tailored for researchers and scientists.
Next came the selection of facades and the conceptualization of the buildings. Our primary objective was to seamlessly integrate the structures with the natural surroundings of Egypt, using materials that resonate with the environment yet maintain their distinctiveness and allure to visitors.
We then delved into the detailed planning of the interior spaces. Spanning five floors, the center houses everything necessary for its comprehensive operations: spacious offices, state-of-the-art research laboratories, staff facilities, and more. Each area is strategically organized to facilitate the efficient functioning of the facility.
The entire building is segmented into functional zones, thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable working environment and seamless workflow throughout the institution.
Finally, we culminated our efforts with the development of exterior renders for presentation to potential investors. These renders showcase the building from optimal angles, designed to captivate attention and convey the essence of our visionary project.These visualisations highlight the design and project concept by showing the building in its natural environment.
